Provide safe, high-quality patient care as a full-time emergency medicine physician assistant or nurse practitioner at Regional Medical Center in San Jose, California. This is a W-2 employee position.

Collaborate with numerous back up and support specialties working in the emergency department (ED). There are various shifts to choose from so that you may enjoy a flexible schedule to balance your work and personal life. Regional Medical Center is located on the east side of San Jose making it easy to locate and an easy commute. The facility offers parking close to the ED in a safe and secure environment. It also offers a cafeteria that provides snacks and food at 'no charge'.

Advanced Practice Clinicians working in the ED at Regional Medical Center work shoulder-to-shoulder with Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians; giving you the opportunity to utilize the training you received, treat higher acuity patients and continue to learn and grow. A highly skilled, friendly and caring nursing staff that embodies a 'team' attitude will support you. The hospital provides a host of technologically advanced services including Cardiovascular, Neuro, Orthopedic, Bariatric and General Surgery, Interventional Pulmonology, along with multi-organ Cancer Care, and services for Women. In 2014, Regional opened a new state-of-the-art 4-story hospital tower. This was part of a $350-million expansion and renovation project. It included an expanded and renovated Emergency Department, expanded Intensive Care Unit, Cardiac Catheterization Electrophysiology Lab as well as upgraded equipment and technology.
