A growing pediatric after hours' clinic in the beautiful Knoxville, Tennessee area is seeking a physician assistant or nurse practitioner interested in picking up shifts as needed in our reputable Urgent Care facilities dedicated to caring exclusively for pediatric patients. Our service offers a convenient option for pediatric walk-in treatment when the doctor offices are closed. We are expanding by opening a new state of the art facility affiliated with East Tennessee Children's Hospital and are focused on building our PRN provider bench for coverage purposes.

The ideal candidate will offer practice experience as an advanced practice clinician in an urgent care or fast-track; APC practice experience in an outpatient pediatrics setting will also be considered. You must be comfortable caring for newborns to patients' 21 years of age and be proficient in reading x-rays, splinting, suturing, minor orthopedics, minor trauma assessment and management, wound care/closures, and incision/drainage of abscesses.
